Senior Pega Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about designing enterprise-level Pega applications, leading technical teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions for clients.

Responsibilities :

Design end-to-end Pega architectures (system, data, integration).

Build scalable Pega solutions using advanced Pega BPM features.

Lead case management application design using Constellation .

Implement integrations with Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory , etc.

Create technical designs, develop code, and lead testing.

Support deployments, configuration, and environment setup.

Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.

Mentor junior developers and collaborate with business / technical teams.

Drive BPM adoption and identify new process improvement opportunities.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.

CSSA certification required.

5–6 years (Senior Associate) or 7–8 years (Manager) of Pega experience.

Strong background in enterprise Pega apps , case design, rules, and data modeling.

Consulting or industry experience preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare).

Experience with Agile delivery and Pega application deployment.

Technical skills in Java / J2EE, SQL, Web Services, JBoss / WebLogic / WebSphere.
