Job description

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions to join our team. As the M365 Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing M365-based solutions, ensuring that they meet the business requirements and organizational objectives. You will also lead a team of developers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff on best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Collaboration :

  • Lead a team of engineers to implement and support Identity and Access Management solutions including M365
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices and provides solutions that fits business requirements

Identity and Access Management and M365 Solutions Design & Implementation :

  • Design and develop custom solutions on IAM, Microsoft 365, AD, SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and M365 AND other tools.
  • Integrate M365 solutions with third-party applications and platforms.
  • Architect scalable, reliable, and secure M365 solutions, ensuring high performance.
  • Work with Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 services for custom automation and workflows.

    • Solution Deployment & Support :

  • Oversee the deployment of M365 solutions, ensuring proper configuration and seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.
  • Implement security and compliance best practices across M365 solutions.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and optimization for M365-based applications.

    • Continuous Improvement :

  • Keep up to date with the latest IAM standards including Microsoft 365 features and enhancements.
  • Proactively recommend improvements and innovations for M365-related solutions.
  • Participate in community discussions, webinars, and training on M365 technologies.

    • Required Skills and Experience :

  • BE, BTech with over 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years focused on IAM and M365 solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 core components, including SharePoint Online , Teams , Power Platform , OneDrive , Outlook , and Exchange .
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate , Power BI , and Microsoft Graph API .
  • Proficient in developing and customizing solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) , Azure Logic Apps , and Azure Functions .
  • Knowledge of M365 security and compliance policies (e.g., data loss prevention, information governance).
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory , Identity and Access Management , and M365 security protocols.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified : Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals .
  • Experience with SharePoint Online migration and upgrade strategies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices in IAM and M365 development.
