Position Summary

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe – Team Lead (Individual Contributor + QA Role) , who can combine strong individual scribing expertise with the ability to lead, mentor, and oversee a team of medical scribes . The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who not only delivers high-quality clinical documentation but also ensures consistent team performance, adherence to client protocols, and continuous process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who has mastered scribing in US-based clinical environments and is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities while maintaining hands-on involvement with patient documentation.
