Operations Lead - Energy Trading

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our support and DevOps functions in the energy trading domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, system integration points, and Openlink Endur / Findur (v14 or higher preferred).

• Manage India-based operations team responsible for Support, DevOps, and System Monitoring for Openlink Endur / Findur implementations.
• Oversee incident management, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure uninterrupted client operations.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to align operational strategies with business goals and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues, optimizing workflows, and implementing automation where feasible.
• Ensure robust documentation practices, including SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor and develop team members through structured training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
