Job description
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and must be able to join us immediately or within 15days
  • We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas used across the HCM modules. The candidate must have experience in :
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
  • Writing complex conditional logic and calculations
  • Oracle HCM implementations or support projects
  • Designing and implementing Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including :
  • Payroll Calculation Rules
  • Absence Accruals and Plans
  • Benefits Eligibility
  • Compensation Rules
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing formulas
  • Utilizing Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing
  • Using database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic
  • Collaborating with technical and functional teams during system implementations
