- Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions, details, and resolutions in the system.
- Adhere to established chat protocols, company guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and process changes.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate responses.
