Key Responsibilities :

Report & Dashboard Development : Develop and design comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business reporting needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable functional requirements.
User Interface Design : Use Figma to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces to enhance the user experience .
SQL for Data Extraction : Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation to support the development of reporting solutions.
DAX Implementation : Implement DAX measures to ensure accurate data calculations in reports.
Data Analysis : Conduct thorough data analysis to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
User Testing (UAT) : Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the performance and functionality of developed reports and dashboards.
Training & Support : Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
Report Performance Enhancement : Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of existing reports to ensure they remain effective.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals .
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of all reporting activities, processes, and decisions.
Industry Best Practices : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics .
Compliance : Ensure that all reporting solutions comply with data governance and security standards .
Team Collaboration : Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and address challenges.
Training Materials : Assist in developing training materials for internal stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of reports and dashboards.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in Power BI and Figma .

SQL Proficiency : Strong proficiency in SQL and database management .

Data Visualization : Extensive knowledge of data visualization best practices and a proven ability to design user-friendly reports and dashboards.

DAX Expertise : Expertise in DAX for creating advanced calculations and ensuring data accuracy.

UI Design : Proven experience in designing user interfaces using Figma to enhance the user experience .

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Communication Skills : Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders .

Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reporting solutions.

Business Analytics : Experience with business analytics and reporting tools.

Data Governance : Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations .

Teamwork & Remote Collaboration : Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team .

Time Management : Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to fast-paced working environments and manage multiple projects.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Certifications : Relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics are a plus.
