We are looking for a talented Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and a passion for creating high-quality mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Android development

Proficiency in Java / Kotlin programming languages

Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines

Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

Experience with version control systems, such as Git

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
