About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Richi , a leading nutrition and women’s wellness consultant. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, organize the calendar, and coordinate content and social media activities.
This role blends administrative precision with creative awareness — perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and health-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain polite, informed, and empathetic communication in line with Richi’s brand tone.
- Track new client leads, consultations, and follow-ups using CRM or Google Sheets.
- Assist in scheduling consultations and managing payment confirmations.
2. Calendar & Scheduling
Maintain and update Richi’s daily / weekly calendar (consultations, Pilates classes, shoots, events).Coordinate with collaborators, clients, and vendors to confirm timing and logistics.Send daily morning brief summaries and reminders.3. Social Media & Content Management
Coordinate with designers / editors for posting content (Reels, carousels, stories).Manage posting calendar across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and .Draft captions, hashtags, and post timings under guidance.Track engagement, respond to comments / messages when required.4. Operations & Organization
Maintain organized digital folders (Google Drive / Notion).Track pending content pieces, invoices, and brand collaborations.Assist during shoots and manage behind-the-scenes coordination.Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent written & spoken English.Organized, punctual, and able to multitask calmly.Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ).Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Notion is a plus.Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.Bonus Points
Experience in wellness, nutrition, or fitness-related environments.Aesthetic sense for coordinating brand visuals and posts.Comfortable assisting during on-site client consultations or events.Work Details
Location : Jaipur (On-site / Hybrid)Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (flexible for events / shoot days)Compensation : Based on experience (₹10,000–₹20,000 / month starting range)
