AWS Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

AWS Tech Lead / Architect

who can serve as both an

individual contributor

and a

technical leader . This role involves

hands-on development

using

Python or Java , with a strong focus on designing and deploying

serverless applications

using

AWS Lambda

and other AWS servicesThe ideal candidate has a proven track record of

deploying production-grade code on AWS Cloud , implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures.

AWS certification

is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Development

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications using

AWS Lambda

and other AWS services.

Work as an

individual contributor , actively writing and reviewing code in

Python

or

Java .

Architect and build end-to-end serverless applications leveraging AWS services such as

S3 ,

API Gateway ,

DynamoDB ,

RDS ,

Step Functions , etc.

Implement and manage hybrid cloud architecture, integrating public and private cloud environments.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

Define and enforce cloud architecture best practices, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.

Drive infrastructure automation using tools like

Terraform ,

CloudFormation ,

AWS CLI , and

CI / CD pipelines

(e.g., Jenkins).

Lead efforts on cloud security, compliance, and data governance using

IAM , encryption (KMS), and audit tools.

Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, QA, and Security.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture and solutions.

Provide technical mentorship as needed, while remaining focused on your own deliverables.

S3 Storage & Data Management

Design and maintain secure and scalable storage solutions using

Amazon S3 .

Leverage S3 lifecycle policies, versioning, replication, and encryption to optimize storage and data retention.

Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years of experience

in cloud architecture and software development.

Strong hands-on experience in

Python

or

Java

(must have).

Proven expertise in

AWS Lambda

and

serverless application development .

Deep knowledge of AWS services :

EC2 ,

S3 ,

Lambda ,

API Gateway ,

RDS ,

VPC ,

IAM ,

CloudWatch .

Experience with DevOps tools :

Jenkins ,

Terraform ,

CloudFormation ,

Docker ,

Kubernetes (EKS / ECS) .

Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and performance tuning.

Experience working independently and delivering high-quality, production-ready code.

Experience with hybrid cloud implementations and cloud migration projects.
