Job Description :
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Manage front office operations, including reception, guest coordination, and scheduling.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area always.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle visitor logs, appointments, and security protocols.
- Manage courier services, stationary inventory, and office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support HR and admin teams as needed with onboarding and documentation processes.
Requirements
Key Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish (mandatory).
