Job Title : Cloud Data Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our cloud data delivery initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background and exceptional leadership abilities.

• Technical Requirements :
• Extensive experience in cloud modernization of ETL pipelines
• Strong proficiency in data debugging and deep understanding of enterprise analytics stack
• Proven track record with hyperscaler analytic environments (Databricks, Snowflake)
• Informatica (IDMC / CDGC) preferred; strong skills in IDMC or leading cloud ETL tools required
• Leadership Experience :
• Minimum 10+ years in IT project delivery leadership roles, ideally technical leads aspiring for offshore center leads
• Prior experience managing and delivering successful cloud modernization projects for North American clients
• Strong ability to proactively solve problems, plan and report status, and deliver on time
• Collaboration and Communication :
• Candidates may live anywhere, but must be willing to work at least 6 hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Must have a background in leading client calls, managing escalations, and engaging effectively with North American stakeholders
• Business Outcomes and KPIs :
• Proven experience managing project budgets and reducing delivery delays
• Certifications and Tools :
• Experience with Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake; cloud platform certification(s) preferred
