Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in advancing our healthcare AI / ML capabilities, with a focus on fine-tuning large language models, developing medical AI solutions, and driving innovation in clinical NLP and EHR data processing. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world healthcare applications, mentoring junior team members while collaborating closely with clinicians, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience Required

5-10 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI

Key Responsibilities

AI / ML Model Development & Fine-Tuning

• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) including OpenAI models and medical-specific models like MedGemma for healthcare applications
• Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance for clinical use cases
• Build and deploy medical AI / ML models focused on Clinical NLP and EHR data analysis
• Develop solutions for extracting insights from unstructured healthcare data including medical records, claims, pre-authorization documents, and patient surveys
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency for production healthcare environments
