We’re looking for a Head Designer who’s equal parts dreamer and developer — someone who can turn textile curiosity into wearable innovation . You’ll shape the creative heartbeat of Life and Jam, leading design through

concept, craft, and material storytelling.

Your canvas will be natural fiber, your medium will be movement, and your mission : to build a design language that feels effortless, elevated, and alive.

Innovate with Fabric

Explore cotton and natural fiber R&D for performance and sustainability.

Partner with mills, makers, and material scientists to create proprietary fabrics that breathe, stretch, and last.

Develop new weaves, finishes, and blends that bring a natural pulse to activewear.

Design, Develop, Refine

Lead concept development, mood, color, and form.

Oversee prototyping, fittings, and material testing.

Build a design library that documents each experiment and evolution.

Collaborate with production, sourcing, and marketing to translate ideas into beautiful realities.

Who You Are

4+ years in fashion or product design — with a love for performance and detail.

Strong grounding in fabric development, fiber science, or sustainability .

A hands-on creator who sketches, drapes, experiments, and asks questions.

A believer that fashion can feel like freedom — not armor.
