About the Role

We are hiring a Head of HR who is confident, friendly and strong in people management. This is a hands-on role. You will do the HR work yourself instead of only monitoring others. You will also keep an eye on office admin activities. The person should enjoy building a good culture, keeping employees engaged and representing the company in podcasts, events and meetups.

Main Responsibilities

• Build a positive and healthy work culture.
• Manage full HR cycle : hiring, onboarding, attendance, leaves and performance reviews.
• Handle payroll inputs, salary confirmation, compliance coordination and payouts.
• Maintain employee database, documents and HR records properly.
• Plan company activities, celebrations, rewards and internal communication.
• Create and update HR policies, leave rules and company guidelines.
• Set clear roles and reporting structure for all departments.
• Train and guide the junior HR to follow HR processes properly.
• Keep a close check on admin tasks such as office discipline, attendance, timings and daily coordination.
• Represent the company at HR communities, events and networking meetups.
• Host or manage the company podcast when needed.
