Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar I for an Assistant Professor in Food Production. The role involves delivering lectures and practical demonstrations in food production, developing course materials, mentoring students, and assessing their academic and practical performance. The Assistant Professor will also contribute to curriculum development, participate in academic events, and engage in research and professional development in the area of food production.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise and teaching experience in Food Production, Culinary Arts, and Hotel Management.
• Proficiency in practical food preparation, kitchen management, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver academic course materials, conduct lectures, and assess student performance effectively.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to contribute to research and other academic activities related to food production.
• Master's degree in Food Production, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
