What will you do everyday?
Were hiring our first marketing hirea fullstack Marketing Generalist to build the function from zero to one. Youll own strategy and execution across brand, content, performance, and partnerships. If youve worn a founder or earlystage hat before (or wished you had), youll feel at home. Youll craft the narrative, ship campaigns, stand up the growth stack, and directly influence pipeline and revenue. Scrappy > fancy. Outcomes > vanity.
What will you do everyday?
- Own the plan : Build and run a pragmatic marketing plan across web, content, social, email, events, and paid.
- Ship content that sells : Case studies, product walkthroughs, landing pages, video / snippets, and newsletters.
- Stand up the growth stack : Analytics, attribution, SEO hygiene, CRM / marketing automation, lead routing.
- Performance & demand gen : Test channels (search, LI, partners), manage budgets, and scale what works.
- Influencers & partners : Identify and nurture creators, agencies, and ecosystem partners that drive qualified demand.
- Brand consistency : Keep messaging crisp across sales, product, and creative. Create a lightweight brand system.
- Research & insights : Size segments, map buyer roles, track competitorsturn insight into positioning.
- Launches & moments : Plan product launches, webinars, customer spotlights, and IRL / virtual events.
- Cross functional : Work tightly with founders, sales, and product to align roadmap with market signal.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
3 to 6 years of hands on, multichannel marketing ideally in startup / early stage environments.Generalist range with the ability to both think strategically and execute quickly.Founder / earlyteam experience preferred (comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, biased toaction).
