Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and talented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated fresher to start a career in technology sales and contribute directly to our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable software and IT solutions from our extensive service portfolio (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.).

Conduct initial outreach via various channels (phone, email, etc.) to generate new leads and qualify sales opportunities.

Present Associative’s services and value proposition clearly and professionally.

Maintain open and documented communication with clients via WhatsApp and email to ensure perfect alignment throughout the sales process.

Work closely with the project management team to transition client requirements smoothly.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

Experience : Fresher (No prior professional sales experience required).

Education : Any Graduate.

Must Have : Own laptop for work.

Languages : Fluency required in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

What We Offer

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent employment.

Work Location : Onsite at our Pune office.

Office Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
