Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow ITAM professional with 8+ years of experience, located in Bengaluru.

The primary responsibilities include managing IT asset management (ITAM) processes, utilizing the ServiceNow platform to optimize asset tracking and reporting, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Daily tasks will also entail collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting ITAM-related issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of asset management :

• 8+ years of experience in IT asset management (ITAM).
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM module.
• Strong knowledge of licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in asset tracking and reporting.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ITAM issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
