About the Role

We’re looking for Senior Telemarketers to help expand our reach in the U.S. childcare and education sector. iCare Software is a leading enterprise SaaS platform built for preschools, afterschool programs, Montessori schools, and more.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads , initiating cold conversations, and helping nurture high-value opportunities for our sales and success teams. This is not a script-reading call center job — we’re looking for someone who can listen, adapt, and engage in real conversations with decision-makers.

⏰ This is a remote role based in India , working full-time during U.S. business hours (East Coast to West) .

What You’ll Do

• Cold call early education providers across the U.S.
• Qualify leads and pass high-potential ones to sales or success teams
• Track responses and update our CRM (HubSpot)
• Modify messaging to match different lead types and buyer personas
• Document outcomes and continuously improve outreach performance
