Job Title : Graphic Designer

Position : Part-time, Remote role

Experience : 1-3 Years

About the role :

Indian Farmer is hiring a part-time Graphic Designer to support our content, courses, marketing, and branding work. You will create designs for social media, course materials, ads, and landing pages, and help shape the overall visual identity of Indian Farmer and our course ecosystem. This role requires strong fundamentals in design, platform understanding, and the ability to deliver clean, high-quality output consistently.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Design

  • Design thumbnails for YouTube, Facebook, and podcast episodes.
  • Create carousels, static posts, banners, and platform-optimized graphics for Instagram, , X, and Facebook.

2. Course Branding & Assets

  • Create course logos and full visual identity for each course.
  • Design templates, assignments, worksheets, checklists, and downloadable files.
  • Build ad creatives and marketing assets for course promotions.

    • 3. Website & Landing Page Design

  • Design landing pages, banners, UI elements, and visual sections for the Indian Farmer website and course pages.

    • 4. Indian Farmer Brand Identity

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, brand assets, and visual systems.
  • Design logos, icons, and branded elements as required.

    • 5. General Execution

  • Deliver clean, structured design files.
  • Follow platform-specific size and format requirements.
  • Refine all designs based on feedback and maintain consistency across all assets.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to produce clean, original, brand-aligned designs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, with a solid portfolio across branding and social media
  • Good understanding of platform sizes, ratios, and digital design best practices
  • Reliable setup : own laptop and strong Wi-Fi; able to manage work remotely
  • Minimum availability of 40 hours per month
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail
  • Alignment with Indian Farmer’s purpose and long-term vision; growth-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
