GrowExx - Lead DevOps Engineer - IAC Terraform / CloudFormation

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI / CD pipelines to support high-quality software delivery.
• Manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure platform health and reliability.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to embed DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for system issues and outages.
• Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Enforce and evolve DevOps standards, security policies, and best practices across environments.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and contribute to their technical growth.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve system performance and team productivity.
