Role Responsibilities :

As a Value Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to rapidly prototype and deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a technical and customer-facing role that requires a unique blend of AI fluency, creativity, and business acumen.

Business Requirements Development

• Understand customer’s business, their current KPIs and processes and identify opportunities for automation and new operational metrics arising out of shipment and asset monitoring.
• Create synthetic data to develop mockups and AI driven solution frameworks on how the solution will deliver operational excellence by simulating real world scenarios You will work with the customer and the sales & account management team to get customer buy in.
• This will include hosting customer workshops, proposal development, ROI assessments and show and tell.

What we’re looking for :

1. Education : BS or MS in any one or more streams such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics & Transportation Management, Applied Statistics, Manufacturing Systems Engineering.

2. Work Permit : Should be authorized to work in US or India.

3. Industry Experience : 1–4 years of hands-on experience or project work in areas such as supply chain operations, logistics optimization, manufacturing analytics, or data visualization.

4. Exposure to real-world problem-solving using data, AI, or digital tools—such as improving delivery performance, optimizing inventory turns, or building dashboards—is highly valued.

5. Curiosity about how technology transforms physical operations is essential.

6. Preferred Skillsets : Tools like Figma, Power BI, Advanced Excel, any type of scripting, advanced prompt development for LLMs, tinkering with new tools and technology.
