Title : Legal Partners (India) – AI-Enabled Paralegal & Research Support for US / Canada Clients

We are expanding our Responsible Legal AI Centre of Excellence serving the US and Canada. We invite practising lawyers and company secretaries in India to join as Legal AI COE (North America) partners —not employees—to support paralegal, contract, and legal research workflows for North American business-law matters.

Work Scope (AI-Enabled)

contract drafting and review
document analysis and risk summaries
business-law legal research
negotiation preparation materials
AI-assisted workflows with final oversight from US / Canada-qualified lawyers

Revenue Opportunity

recurring commission revenue for deals sourced by partners

per-engagement compensation for “human-in-the-loop” delivery

higher earning potential through volume and repeat client engagements
