UI / UX Designer - Figma / Adobe XD

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled UI / UX Designer with strong experience in ERP applications to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and improving user experiences across ERP modules.

You will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to transform business requirements into seamless digital Responsibilities :

• Design and enhance user interfaces for ERP modules and enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs.
• Translate business processes and workflows into effective UI / UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI / UX standards.
• Optimize ERP applications for responsiveness, accessibility, and Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
• 57 years of professional UI / UX design experience, with a focus on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ERP / enterprise application designs.
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and user personas.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
