Open Position : Analyst - Management Consulting

We are looking for an immediate joiner - a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst - Management Consulting. If you are passionate about strategy, research, and problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Description :

As an Analyst, you will work closely with Project Consultants to support client engagements in strategy, business transformation, and performance improvement. Your responsibilities will include :
Creating structured plans aligned with client needs and objectives.
Analyzing client data to conduct benchmarking exercises and peer analysis.
Understanding business segments, revenue patterns, and macroeconomic environments.
Collating and extracting relevant information / data from market research papers and online platforms.
Drawing inferences, preparing future projections, and developing reports / presentations with accurate facts, statistics, and graphs.
Providing accurate and timely performance reporting.
Participating in various phases of client engagements, from research to final recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills :

B.Tech, Bachelor's, or master's degree in finance / economics.

Pursuing or completed MBA with an understanding of business strategy-making.

Strong research and data retrieval skills.

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Proficiency in data processing and MS Office.

Strong analytical and planning capabilities.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in teams and meet tight deadlines.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under guidance to deliver results
