This role is with a leading global High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm (client name cannot be disclosed).

Candidates must be from Tier-1 institutes only (IITs, NITs, BITS, MIT).
For candidates with less than 1 year of experience, a minimum 9.0 CGPA is mandatory.
Only the following branches are eligible : Computer Science, Mathematics & Computing, and Information Technology.

Location : Hyderabad

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Lead, Tech (SRE – Systems) to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong software development expertise with a focus on networking and automation, along with proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities. This role is also open to professionals looking to restart their careers through our Recommence program, a gender-neutral return-to-work initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable, and secure network automation systems.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions using languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.

Ensure best practices in system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Apply strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP stack) and Linux diagnostic tools for system-level troubleshooting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Drive continuous improvements across the software development lifecycle and site reliability processes.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

3+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably with a networking focus.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise development stacks / frameworks.

Experience building and maintaining network automation systems.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, Golang, etc.).

Expertise with Linux environments and troubleshooting tools.

Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP / IP.
