Senior Data Analytics Engineer (Power BI, Data Warehousing & Data Analytics)

Experience : 5 Years

Location : Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Build and optimize data warehouse solutions to support analytics and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines ensuring data accuracy, quality, and security.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor performance and implement best practices for data modeling, query optimization, and warehouse scalability.
Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to tools and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service).

Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, indexing, partitioning).

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.

Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analytics is an advantage.
