Years Of Experience : 9 - 15 years.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, SSRS, and Report Builder, with a strong ability to lead BI initiatives and mentor junior developers.

• Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Report Builder solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in BI development.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
