Job Overview :

The Account Executive will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Record and post journal entries for sales, purchases, and expenses, along with preparing appropriate vouchers.
• Maintain and operate Tally Prime efficiently for day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and Cash Flow Statements accurately and on time.
• Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and PT (Professional Tax) payments and return filings, ensuring proper journal entries are passed.
• Prepare and file GST returns , maintaining a sound understanding of GST compliance and regulations .
• Draft and manage professional business emails related to accounting operations and client communication.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with debtors to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Keep management informed with timely updates on accounting activities and financial matters.
