Role Description

Attend to customers in the showroom, understand their preferences, and assist in product selection.

Provide detailed product information and build trust to close sales.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are kept attractive.

Manage billing, client follow-up, and maintain customer relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales (lab-grown or natural diamond experience preferred).

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong sense of style, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM updates.

Salary :   Competitive, based on experience + attractive incentives.

Working Hours :  11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (6 days a week)
