Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive Software Test Engineer with expertise in test automation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, developing, and continuously enhancing test infrastructure and frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.

This role requires a professional who can lead the testing community by setting standards and mentoring others, while also tackling complex and critical testing scenarios.

You will be a key contributor to our overall product quality, ensuring our testing standards drive excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web applications (including cross-browser compatibility), APIs, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of software engineers to implement automated solutions that proactively identify potential issues early in the development process.
• Conduct comprehensive API testing using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or K6 to validate both functional and performance aspects of services.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and streamlined workflows.
• Participate in code reviews to drive continuous improvements in test automation quality.
• Analyze test results, report bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Actively participate in the testing community by developing standards, mentoring other test engineers, and promoting best practices.
