Human Resource Operations and Payroll Specialist (BTech)

About the Role

The Lead HR Operations and Payroll Specialist will be a cornerstone of our HR department, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This hands-on role is responsible for the administration of our HRMS, accurate payroll processing, and generating critical business intelligence through MIS reports and dashboards. A strong focus on compliance and process efficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

HRMS & Payroll Management : Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all statutory regulations. Administer and optimize the HRMS to maintain clean and accurate employee data.

Employee Lifecycle Management : Own and execute all processes for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML), including seamless onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding procedures.

Data Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to provide senior leadership with actionable insights on workforce metrics, trends, and compliance.

Compliance & Audit : Ensure all HR and payroll processes are in full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices. Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with the finance, legal, and other HR teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and a cohesive approach to people management.

Qualifications

BTech degree(any stream) is MANDATORY

10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Payroll, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end processes.

Deep expertise in managing HRMS platforms and payroll systems.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create impactful reports and dashboards.

In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and payroll regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary : INR 15,00,000 per annum
