Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in OBG Nursing.
• Supervise clinical postings in labor wards, antenatal/postnatal units, and OBG OPDs.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and clinical modules aligned with INC standards.
• Mentor students in maternal health, gynecological care, and neonatal nursing.
• Conduct case study discussions, research projects, and viva sessions.
• Guide students in simulation labs and real-time labor room scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety, clinical hygiene, and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in academic audits, faculty meetings, and student counseling sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MSc Nursing in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a recognized institution
• Female candidate, as per institutional preference for maternity care mentorship
• 35 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in a hospital or nursing college
• Strong communication and leadership skills in academic environments
