Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding business needs to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to define hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring .
- Conduct screening interviews , assess cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
- Manage offer discussions , pre-joining formalities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR operations.
Qualifications and Skills
3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment , preferably from a consultancy or recruitment agency background.Strong expertise in sourcing for sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles .Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions.Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and HR databases.A positive, energetic professional eager to grow within a corporate HR setup.Skills Required
