Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT). Proven experience in headhunting and working with multiple sourcing tools . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines. Experience recruiting for Middle East markets (added advantage). Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage for IT and Non-IT roles. Utilize multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, and Google Search to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure strong alignment with client or internal requirements. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and niche positions. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and communication records systematically.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with hands on experience in handling both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
