Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities for the Indian business. The role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in line with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), company policies, and statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and the Companies Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure accounting entries comply with Ind AS and company accounting policies.
- Support the preparation of management and statutory financial reports
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including Companies Act, GST, and TDS requirements
- Prepare GST returns, TDS workings, and related reconciliations accurately and on time
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documentation and analysis
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by business leadership
- Working experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP)
- Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Procurement, HR, and Treasury to ensure smooth financial processes
- Coordinate with business unit heads and finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial results
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
5+ years of experience at manufacturing / services Companies or Audit firms. Candidates pursuing CA or ICWA or CS inter.B. Com / M. ComGood knowledge on accounting systems and processes. And working knowledge in GST.Willingness to work in detail with ability to work independently and solve complex issuesKnowledge in Oracle is added advantage to the profileGood command on written, spoken English and presentation SkillsWhat we can offer you :
