• 1. 5+ years of experience in working on Nice InContact Cloud solution, in Depth Knowledge in In-Contact cloud solutions.
• 2. Knowledge of designing and development of strategies & IVR coding through In-Contact Studio, BAU support, knowledge in Java for IVR call flow coding and migration.
• 3. Ability to work on creating and writing APIs and good knowledge in writing SQL Scripts

4. Skills in Tools like In View, In-Contact Press Path, In-Contact Softphones(Max), In-Contact Call back tools

Expertise in resolving issues and bug fixing,
