Position entails broad ownership of Project Engineering activites such as developing new concepts with good understanding of engieering basic both design and thermal, preparing project schedules and ensuring achievement of project objectives. This position includes coordinating with other groups (design, testing, procurement, quality, etc) to find solutions and get the shared responsibilities completed

This position includes responsibility of preliminary design calculation analysis, verifying design documents to ensure intended funciton of part of assembly is met, priority planning, problem solving, and delivery of quality design outputs

Requirement

ME / M Tech – Mechanical – (Thermal )

3-4 years of experience in Product Design and Development of compressor or any other rotating machines applied primarily in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning or any other applications with Hands on experience in handling mid to complex projects demanding high proficiency in Mechanical Design / Thermal Engineering

Strong analytical & Design skills in Structural / Thermal Engineering and Hands on Theoretical calculations

Very keen on Creativity and Innovation and self-motivated to drive innovation

Proficient in applying the technical understanding and design principles to the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product testing

Experience in using Engineering tools like DFMEA, DFM&A, VAVE, DOE

Experience in Project Management

Experience in manufacturing process & ability to corelate manufacturing requirements with design is must

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Well conversant with presentation through MS tools and experience of presentation

Excellent command over English language both written and verbal

High on Problem Solving & Decision Making

Positive Attitude &Team Player

Creative & Affinity to learn new things
