Education : Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).
Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service / BPO / voice support.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

5 days working with 2 rotational offs
Rotational 24x7 shifts
Salary : upto 40k CTC

Location : Noida, Sector 135
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound / outbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
