We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about using data to drive growth and eager to evolve into a Performance Marketing Specialist. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll start with analytics, learn how to translate insights into marketing actions, and eventually manage campaigns that shape our app’s global reach.
Role Overview
As a Data Analyst (Performance Marketing) , you’ll be the analytical backbone of our growth team - turning marketing and user data into actionable insights. Over time, you’ll gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (UAC) , Apple Search Ads , and Meta Ads .
This role is perfect for someone who is strong with numbers, curious about growth, and excited to learn performance marketing from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign and user data from Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta , and other channels.
- Work with analytics platforms such as Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer / Singular, App Store Connect, and Google App Console .
- Build dashboards and reports to track key KPIs - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and Retention .
- Use Excel, Google Sheets , and SQL to clean, analyze , and visualize data .
- Present insights that influence marketing and product decisions.
- Planning, Execution , and optimization of paid campaigns across major ad networks.
- Support budget allocation, A / B testing , and creative optimization.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to align creative testing with growth insights.
- Collaborate with the ASO Team (App Store Optimization) to leverage and boost app visibility.
- Take ownership of campaign strategy as you grow in the role.
What We’re Looking For
1 - 2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or mobile growth .Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL .Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, or similar tools .Understanding of key mobile metrics : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV , and retention .Ability to translate data insights into business or marketing actions.Basic understanding or curiosity about digital marketing and paid acquisition .Strong communication and collaboration skills.Eager to learn , experiment , and grow into a performance marketing role.Why You’ll Love Working Here
