Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Superintendent. The Technical Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day technical management of assigned vessels, including ensuring their compliance with regulations, coordinating inspections, and managing maintenance and repair activities. Responsibilities include providing support for marine engineering operations, monitoring vessel performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The role involves collaborating with crew and other departments to achieve optimal vessel performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ship Management and a strong understanding of maritime operations.
• Knowledge in conducting vessel inspections and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
• Proficiency in Marine Engineering practices and processes.
• Sailing experience and familiarity with the practical aspects of seafaring.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Relevant maritime or engineering certifications and qualifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site and manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
