OBD Validation Specialist

Inviting You to Join our Automotive team to work with us in these areas. We are looking for candidates who can join within 30 days time period . Those who have relevant experience in below areas can apply on the same.

Experience : 4 to 8yrs

Responsibilities

• Validate all component specific diagnostic and OBD2, OBDonUDS / ZEVonUDS requirements
• Create Test specification and Test plan according to the product, customer, quality and legal requirements
• Component defect analysis
• Validate diagnostic and DTC implementations in SiL Platform
• Works as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities
• Applies own judgement to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review
• Troubleshooting issues quickly and supporting the team to identify the root cause¬
• Bring in ideas for process / efficiency improvements

Experience in

a) Validation of Diagnostics, OBD2 requirement in vehicle or HIL or SiL

OR

b) Specification and certification of OBD2 requirement for any ECU

OR

c) Calibration of OBD2 or Diagnostics parameters for vehicles.

a) Protocols : CAN / UDS / Flexray

b) Topics : Diagnostics, OBD, CARB regulations

c) Automotive components : Transmission, electric Drive System, battery Chargers, HV Components etc.

Nice to Have

1. Prior experience in handling OBD2 certification with CARB and pre-PVE vehicle validation

2. Experience in HV validation on HIL systems
