Location : Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of overseeing and directing the accounting operations for the North India region.
• Supervise the entire general accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Accounting, and Reconciliation's.
• Manage substantial volumes of financial data, such as 300–400 invoices per month.
• Supervise debtors, creditors, and inventory-related accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
• Work closely with the CFO for financial planning, budgeting, and strategy alignment.
• Produce periodic MIS reports and dashboards to facilitate business decisions.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Excellent proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
