Job Description :
1. FSM (Field Service management )
- ServiceNow development experience with strong focus on FSM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Crew Management, and Field Agent Mobile.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, workflows, and scheduling engines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
2. CSM( Customer Service Management)
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in CSM module.Strong expertise in Case Management, Accounts / Contacts, Entitlements, Playbooks, and Channels.Experience customizing CSM portals and building UI components.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform scripting.Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and REST / SOAP integrations.Good understanding of ITIL and CSM processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Interested?
