As a Product Owner (AI & Healthcare), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our next-generation healthcare products by bridging the gap between clinical experts, data scientists, and software engineers.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Owner with deep experience in AI-driven healthcare solutions to lead the roadmap and execution of high-impact products. Youll work at the intersection of technology, clinical operations, and data science, defining features that translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive and compliant digital solutions.

This role demands strategic thinking, a solid grasp of healthcare regulations, and hands-on experience in building and scaling AI-enabled platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and clinical teams to translate medical workflows and user needs into functional product features.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer outcomes.
• Translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release goals.
• Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to conceptualize and validate AI models, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and interpretability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7 / FHIR, and FDA guidelines where applicable.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure consistent delivery across Agile / Scrum development cycles.
• Evaluate product performance using data-driven metrics (adoption, accuracy, impact) and continuously iterate for improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends in healthcareincluding predictive analytics, NLP, generative AI, and clinical decision support toolsto inform product strategy.
• Engage with clients, clinicians, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and define success metrics.
