Job Title : Freelance Sales & Client Relationship associate- Nutrition services
About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic freelance sales professional with experience in the health industry related to weight management, diabetes, pcos and lifestyle diseases who can handle inbound queries, convert them into clients, and nurture long-term relationships. The role involves managing leads from Instagram, website, Google, and other channels, ensuring a smooth client experience from the first interaction to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming leads and queries.
Proactively follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their dedicated point of contact
Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our services can add value
Maintain lead pipelines, track conversions, and provide regular updates
Coordinate with internal teams (where needed) to ensure client satisfaction
Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales in wellness, healthcare, or service-based industries)
Knowledge of the health industry and basic lifestyle diseases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing clients over calls, WhatsApp, email, and DMs
Basic understanding of CRM tools / spreadsheets to track leads (preferred but not mandatory)
Freelance / Part-time availability with flexibility in working hours
