Job description

Job Title : Android Framework Developer

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Location : Bangalore & Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customize and enhance AOSP platform components .
  • Develop and modify framework modules and system services .
  • Implement and maintain AIDL / HIDL interfaces .
  • Integrate and optimize HAL and vendor layers.
  • Work across Java, C, C++, JNI in framework and native layers.
  • Debug platform issues using ADB, logcat, profiling tools .
  • Collaborate with hardware, kernel, and QA teams for feature bring-up.

Required Skills :

  • Strong experience in AOSP development and device bring-up.
  • Expertise in Android Framework , system services, and HAL .
  • Hands-on with AIDL / HIDL , Binder IPC , and native stack.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C, C++, JNI .
  • Good understanding of hardware-related APIs : Camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, Sensors .
  • Strong debugging capabilities : ADB, logcat, systrace .
  • Proficient with Git and AOSP build system.
