Roles & Responsibility

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP BO reports and dashboards.
• Monitor scheduled reports and troubleshoot failures in Infoview , CMC , and Infoburst .
• Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and escalate critical issues to development teams.
• Support report scheduling, bursting, and distribution using Infoburst.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve data / reporting issues.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and known issues.
• Participate in shift rotations , including night and weekend coverage.
