Job description

We are looking for an experienced FIS Quantum Consultant with a strong background in treasury management systems, especially FIS Quantum and Echos. The role involves supporting, configuring, and enhancing treasury processes while ensuring seamless integration with financial applications and databases. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, treasury operations, and IT teams to deliver robust solutions, troubleshoot issues, and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage, support, and enhance FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
Perform static data maintenance (counterparties, accounts, instruments, deal setups, etc.) in Quantum.
Configure and optimize workflows in the Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF).
Support treasury processes such as In-House Banking (IHB), cash forecasting, and intercompany settlements.
Handle bank statement and cashflow interfaces, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.
Ensure end-to-end cash management, liquidity planning, and funding operations run smoothly.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.
Collaborate with database teams (Oracle / SQL Server) to optimize data management and system performance.
Support integration between Quantum, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), and external banks.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including workflows and interfaces.
Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional / technical solutions.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation for Quantum configurations and workflows.
Adhere to IT and Treasury governance standards, ensuring compliance with audit and SOX controls.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with FIS Quantum treasury management system.

Experience with Echos treasury modules.

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) setup, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Proficiency in Oracle / SQL Server database concepts.

Strong SQL query authoring and debugging skills.

Familiarity with interfaces (bank statements, cashflows, ERP integration).

Good understanding of cash forecasting, IHB (In-House Banking), netting, and intercompany settlements.

Exposure to treasury operations, risk management, and liquidity management.

Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, treasury operations, and IT teams.

Experience in working in global environments with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of treasury reporting and compliance requirements is a plus.

Experience in FIS Treasury Integrations with ERP (SAP / Oracle).

Knowledge of bank connectivity solutions (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs).

Familiarity with financial instruments (FX, MM, derivatives).

Understanding of Treasury Risk Management processes.
